We pride ourselves on being a quiet establishment, we wish all guests to enjoy the peace and tranquility of Kilmuir Park. Any excess noise, or nuisance will result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately.
Any damage incurred will be paid for.
Any loss of earnings/bookings due to damage to rooms will be charged to the offending parties.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children
We have a strict No Smoking policy at Kilmuir Park.
No food on the premises due to various food allergies
Guests found infringing any of the above points will be asked to vacate immediately.
Provisional bookings can be made online, by telephone or email. Card details, or bank transfer, will be required to secure the room. We do not accept American Express or Credit cards.

Should you need to cancel your reservation the following conditions apply:
Cancellation 14 days prior to the start of your visit - 100% of the total tariff unless we can re-let
It is always recommended that Travel Insurance is taken out to cover all eventualities.
Check In Between - 4.00pm and 7.00pm. If you do not arrive by 7.00pm we will not be able to offer breakfast for the following morning. We reserve the right to re sell your room if you do not check in by the agreed time.

As an adult only B and B we ask you to respect the experience of other guests staying at Kilmuir Park. We pride ourselves on maintaining a quiet, relaxing and peaceful environment. Therefore noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 22.00pm and 07.00am. Due to a large number of guests presenting with a range of allergies, we ask that Take Away food is not brought back to the premises. Please consume at point ofpurchase. Due to severe allergies no pets or service animals are allowed on the site.
